How to read these

Color encodes role: gold-bordered boxes are infrastructure / build (dashed gold = spec or light load; solid gold = engineering), navy-bordered are products in market or being built, dashed gold are Cat A audience-build (Year Two products). Founder bands run dark navy (Mike), purple (Al), green (Nate), gold (Fannie) — deeper saturation marks peak load. Green dots are launches; red lines are gate triggers.

Important — Grid Down has two workstreams. The ATLAS audience build lane (under Products) is Al's content cadence and persona work. The Grid Down build lane (under Infrastructure on the CEO dashboard, or its own section on the Year overview) is Mike's engineering work — BVI methodology engine, Threat Index dashboard, app MVP, and the late-Phase-1 Mesh Network / Offline Maps / Barter Stations infrastructure. These two run in parallel and converge at the Mo. 9 launch.

The three visuals are written to be read together: dashboard for the year, zoom for the sprint, overview for the quarters. Reviewed at every quarterly meeting per the 2-Year Plan v2.0.
